This modern ocean view condo provides an abundance of natural light perfect for photoshoots, video shoots, content creating, meetings and more. The location is perfectly positioned to enjoy your panoramic sunset views, with first glance the moment you open the front door. The master bedroom provides floor to ceiling windows, greeting you with a full ocean breeze and view. This space is unique and even better in person. NEIGHBORHOOD: This is a peaceful and safe neighborhood surrounded by trees, flowers coffee shops and more. We are walking distance to the beach and the many popular restaurants and shops. - The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
- Space has additional space outdoors

Fantastic space for an easy and stunning natural light photoshoot. The light from 1-5 pm was great, but it became epic light just after 5 (during FEB). It was perfect for the style I was executing. The host was prompt and friendly, very helpful in showing the space features.

Location and the host was great. Beautiful view over the ocean. I even left really expensive glasses there and he put them aside. Returned them to me. Definitely would book again.

Scott is a very responsive host and his place is absolutely gorgeous, both structure/lighting and design. The space definitely appears as advertised, if not better. Scott facilitated a last minute shoot with great flexibility and ease.
