Looking for a unique, versatile space to bring your creative vision to life? Look no further than The Underground! Our urban warehouse offers an extraordinary canvas for your creative pursuits. With concrete floors and 14-foot high ceilings, this raw open space is a blank slate ready to accommodate your wildest ideas and boldest projects. There are 3 parts of the space available for use: CYC Room: fully enclosed room with a 15x20 ft CYC wall - ideal for photography, also great for filming, music, dance, yoga, and exercise. White Room: abundant natural lighting with white walls and floor, provides an idyllic backdrop for any creative endeavor that thrives in a bright, airy environment. This room does not have a door, but can have makeshift privacy upon request. Open-Space Art Studio: the center of the warehouse is open space with paintings, sculptures, and supplies neatly stored around the perimeter. This is a fully open space, generally not private and used as thoroughfare for private art studios. This multi-functional space is not only a haven for artistic expression but also an ideal setting for meetings, workshops, and small private events. Whether you're planning a brainstorming session, a team-building or creative workshop, or an intimate gathering, our warehouse provides the ambiance and flexibility to make your event truly memorable. With flexible hourly or short-term rental options, you'll have the freedom to shape the space to suit your needs, making it the perfect choice for budding entrepreneurs, established professionals, and creative enthusiasts alike. PLEASE NOTE: This space is located in an urban environment, surrounded by the frequent sounds of trolleys, trains, and planes, making it less suitable for activities requiring absolute quiet, such as podcast recording. However, the CYC Room can provide a reasonably quiet environment. Unleash your creativity and let your imagination run wild in this urban oasis. We encourage you to stop by and check out the space prior to booking to ensure it will meet your needs. - The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
- Space has additional space outdoors

Kristina and Joey were more than accommodating to our team! We used up every square inch of their fabulous space and went overtime on most days and they were very understanding along the way. Would highlight recommend their space!

My experience shooting here was awesome! Joey and his wife are some of the coolest people too. For me it's important to work with such kind people like them! I would definitely recommend this space for any creative/nostalgic type work for both photo and video. What I love about this space is the amount of artwork Joey has around his space, it really enhanced the creative feel for my project. His wife also has several beautiful plants around the space. Another thing I appreciated about the space was the amount of natural light available. This makes for creative opportunities to both arrange and set up composition. Only thing I would be cautious of is of the transit that runs by the building every 15min or so. So just be mindful of that if your audio is really important. I was able to record between the intervals of the transit passing by and my audio sounded just fine. I would definitely recommend this space!

Our shoot was an hour, but I made sure to rent the space for 3 to ensure I was respecting the studio's time on both ends. Joey and Kristina were super helpful and even let me tour the space prior to our shoot to ensure it would be a good fit. Would absolutely return to do another shoot!
