Welcome to our newly built oasis, completed just under a year ago. Perfect for a poolside photoshoot, our stunning in-ground saltwater pool was fully renovated last summer. The spacious backyard is versatile and ideal for various events, whether you're planning a small birthday or graduation party, a wine tasting, an intimate ceremony, or an outdoor picnic. With a capacity of up to 30 people, it’s the perfect setting for your special occasion. Amenities included at no extra charge: 3 foldable tables 4 benches 1 large rectangular umbrella 2 lounge chairs Option 1: Basic Rental Access to the backyard and restroom for photoshoots $50 per hour + Up to 10 guests Option 2: Silver Rental Access to the backyard and swim in the pool $50 per hour + Up to 5 guests Option 3: Gold Rental Access to the backyard, pool, one bedroom, and 1.5 bathrooms (ADU) $150 per hour + 10 guests, plus a $50 cleaning fee Minimum booking of 2 hours

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
