About the Space
Fresh open floor plan open to the kitchen, eating, living room, keeping room and we have swings! Enjoy a moody bourbon room and beautiful custom natural oak office. We also have an open space meant for a gym/barre studio! The first floor space has lots of windows to allow in natural light. The space is great for kitchen use, family scenes and other bright and cheery at-home activities! Please look at the photos, we often switch the location of our furniture (which is an option for you too!) This space is available for: - photo/film shoots - content creation - vlogging - film shoots - commercials - etc Please reach out if you have any questions or are interested. Standard cleaning and disinfectant is used before and after each booking. We live here, so please treat our space like it’s your own by cleaning up after yourself and taking care of the space
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
