There is plenty of street parking within one block of the space. The diagonal spaces in front of the elementary school at Marlborough and Hyde Park are available for public parking. If you are renting before 3pm on Wednesdays or Thursdays, take note of street cleaning signs.

The indoor space has adjustable smart lights in the ceilings and on the walls, and frosted windows. The outdoor space has both sunny and shady places. There is a sunshade over the dance floor, and a large sycamore tree.

The space is generally very quiet.

Ground Floor

Street-level access, through the front door.

There are both indoor and outdoor areas.

Many outlets. Electrical system was recently updated.

-There is no additional setup or cleanup time included in your rental; you will gain access to the space at the start time, and all guests and property must be gone from the building by the end time listed on your booking. Overtime will be booked at 1.5x normal rate, in 30 minute increments. -No smoking inside. -No glitter or confetti. -Guests may not lean on mirrors, and no furniture can be placed against the mirrors, as they may break. -Food and drink spills must be cleaned up right away; additional cleaning fees may be incurred if not. -All trash must be bagged and taken to the containers behind the shed in the backyard. Any trash that doesn't fit must be taken with you. -We generally do not book events that go past midnight. For rare exceptions there is a significant additional fee. -To avoid damage to the space we cannot book events that feature heavy drinking. -If you want to move the furniture, please ask in advance; the DJ desk cannot be moved. We have 1 6ft table and approximately 10 folding chairs available, but we need to know in advance if you'd like to use them, as they need to be pulled from storage and cleaned.
