The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities

Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

Very roomy home with bathrooms in each bedroom. Great views, large windows, high ceilings, spacy rooms, pond sits in front of property. Can be used for movies, meetings, etc. Extra large bonus room upstairs. This property will work well for meetings, movies, documentaries, tv shows, commercials, skits, plays. The house is two-stories with a basement. The kitchen is large and spacious. There are 3 sitting areas in the home. A large beautiful pond, full of fish and ducks are an added attraction.

Lighting description

Most of my windows are huge and bright. This home is very well lit naturally during the daytime in most rooms. There are rooms will very little light as well. Every inch of home is different. The home is brightest from noon to 3. At night it is dark but we have so many lights that we can create whatever we need.

Ambient noise description

There is a good bit of space between neighbors. We cannot hear them and they cannot hear us. Our street is not busy. No noise issues.

Our front door is ground level. The foyer is huge and there is lots of space to bring items through. You can also enter through the garage. Loading trucks can park in the driveway and remain there.

No smoking in the home, no alcohol please. Food and catering is allowed inside or out. Closets are off limits. 2 bathrooms will be available for use. The garages are not available. The basement is not available for use. Full use of the grounds are acceptable.
