There is plenty of street parking within one block of the space. The diagonal spaces in front of the elementary school at Marlborough and Hyde Park are available for public parking. If you are renting before 3pm on Wednesdays or Thursdays, take note of street cleaning signs.

1. There is no additional setup or cleanup time included in your rental; you will gain access to the space at the start time, and your rental is over at the end time specified in your booking. This means that: -All guests and property are out of the building -All furniture is reset to its original location If you'd like to extend your rental, you may do so at the normal rate up to 60 minutes before your original end time and we will do our best to accommodate you. If we don't receive notification and you are not fully exited from the building at your end time, the rate is 1.5x normal rate, billed in 30 minute increments. 2. There is no food or drink outside of bottled water. If you want to serve food or drink, you must use the Event rate. All trash that doesn't fit in the kitchen can needs to be taken with you. 3. There is no staffing available at the meeting rate - you will let yourself in and lock up after you leave. Your door code as well as wifi and other studio information will be texted to the number associated with your booking 4. If you want to move the furniture, we need to know in advance so we can clean properly. The DJ desk cannot be moved. We have 1 6ft table and approximately 10 folding chairs available, but we need to know in advance if you'd like to use them, as they need to be pulled from storage and cleaned. 5. No glitter, confetti, or similar; additional cleaning fees will apply 6. This rental is for our indoor space only. Guests are not permitted in the outdoor space, even if there is no one renting it
