About Open Book
This is an adaptable room for your business, nonprofit, or personal needs. The room can accommodate up to 35 people; the table and chairs are movable; basic AV options are installed and included (Large screen 85" TV). The natural light and exposed brick give the space a cozy and comfortable feel.

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Beautiful, clean space with excellent hosts. We were a little nervous about ease of parking, but that ended up being smooth. And we felt the price was very fair. It's a great space that we're keeping in mind for future events.

We really enjoyed the meeting space at Open Book. There is ample parking in the adjacent parking lot and on the street. The room was set up just as we desired and has everything needed for a meeting or workshop, such as A/V and whiteboard. We were also also able to order coffee and tea from the coffee shop downstairs for our attendees. Everyone who attended commented on how great the location was. Kelllan and Wini were great to work with and very accomodating. Thank you both for your assistance!

Beautiful room and beautiful people! We were greeted as soon as we arrived and staff offered help as needed and answered questions promptly. The online e booking and communication leading up to event was very smooth and Kellan responded to every message sent. Thank you for allowing us a very memorable party day! I highly recommend this place!
