About the Space
Our house is a one story, 4 BR, 3 Bath and 2 kitchens, beautifully appointed with a very eclectic layout. We are located in a mostly family oriented neighborhood at the end of the block. The front yard is massive and mostly hardscaped and includes a fire pit surrounded by 2 sectionals. You’ll have so many options using this space!

Lighting description
The windows are standard casement. All bedrooms have blackout curtains.The sun rises in the front of the house, where the large hardcsaped patio is. So the mornings are the sunniest.
Space is not soundproof
Ambient noise description
It's relatively quiet in this neighborhood and we're at the end of a street. You may hear children after school or early evening but nothing overly loud.
We are not on a busy street at all. you access the property through the alley in the back. We have lots of free parking on site. at least 6 or more vehicles.
I think you can hear the dishwasher running but not very loud

The back entrance does not require a ramp. However, there will be a step up as you walk the front of the house.
There are 3 steps leading to the front door and there are steps that will take you to the huge lower patio area.

Electrical system description
The circuit breaker is located on the back left of the house. It's brand new. Standard amp, not sure of the power rating.
There are no exterior outlets at this time. I will update you when I get more installed, which I intend to do in order to put up string lights.

There are 3 cameras outside. One on each corner of the house. They will be on and they do video for your added security

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We use a professional cleaning service that follows the CDC guidelines after every guest checks out.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
