Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

We take cleaning very seriously. We hire a professional cleaning company between each event.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Hand Sanitizer

The space has the following features:

About the Space

Sun-filled yoga/dance/martial arts/movement studio located in historical King Lincoln Bronzeville neighborhood of Columbus. Versatile but best suited for rehearsals, auditions, castings, fittings, classes (private & group), video/photo shoots, etc. classes and workshops that align with the mission of the space. *Instructors are available upon request. Classic wood floors, mirrors on one wall covering the length of the studio, small 'lobby' area separate, private restroom for changing. Amenities: Full length mirrors | Wood Floor | Sound System | Wi-Fi Available | Security Cameras & Alarmed Door | Smart TV | Street Parking for Free *Rental is for use of open space only - no equipment, supplies, etc. are provided. However, if you have a specific need you may contact us.

Parking description

Free onsite parking in the rear (restricted hours), free street parking, free parking lot on the block.

General Rules

- No smoking - No DJs - No pets, animals, etc. allowed - Outside food & beverage is allowed - No more than 25 people at the same time - Cleaning fee required - Do not enter before or stay later than your booking time - All rentals include setup and teardown time - Furniture may be moved but MUST first be approved - Anything moved must be moved back to where you found it - Do not touch or lean on the mirrors. Take all of your belongings with you when you leave. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items - Guests must remove any equipment they bring into the space by the end of the booking. - May require proof of insurance.
