About the Space
Our sun-filled studio is 850 square feet with beautifully restored original hardwood floors, tons of natural light, a regularly updated gallery wall, Bluetooth speaker, and adjustable lighting. Perfect for movement classes, meditation, small meetings, birthday parties, and baby showers. With great foot traffic and lots of nearby restaurants and cafes, it’s also a great venue for *pop-up vendor events! We have both adult and kid-sized tables and chairs by request and outside food is welcome! There is a bus stop right outside with convenient free street parking nearby.

- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

A really lovely space! Has great natural light and Daniele was super helpful. I would definitely book it again as a movement space or a photo spot. There was some natural sound that couldn’t be blocked out, so be aware of that for video, but it’s a great space for sure!

Absolutely lovely space with all the amenities. We hosted a beautiful baby shower for my friend there. Danielle was an attentive host that made sure we had what we needed and helped us set up and break down. Highly recommend this space for your event!

We had a first birthday at the spot and it was perfect! With the open floor plan and windows it was a really welcoming space. The host was prompt and clear in communication and we really appreciated their help getting the space at the last minute.
