  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

About the Space

Our Conference Room and Photo Studio are available for rent at our MAVEN Studio located in the historic Fisk building. The studio is 2,000sqft and has easy access to our truck high loading dock. Our studio works well for meetings, workshops or conferences. The photo studio space is a great addition during these meetings as a breakout space or a space to lay out refreshments and light snacks. The conference room has a gorgeous large glass garage door which can allow plenty of natural light inside the space.

Yes, I would book again.

This space is absolutely GORGEOUS! When my clients/ friends and I walked in, we were blown away! We love the industrial & boho vibes! We had such a great time using this space for some business headshots. We will definitely be back!
