Located in one of the more notable Spanish buildings in the Hollywood Hills, this 1929 penthouse was dubbed the Princess Suite with sweeping views from observatory out to the Pacific Ocean. The apartment has remained relatively untouched for decades. It's currently stripped down to a raw, authentic aesthetic and furnished with collected antiques and art. A large terrace is lushly landscaped and private. The sunlight darts throughout the space as the day progresses, casting beautiful shadows. The space is flexible and not precious, easy to make the space fit your needs. Peerspace - Do not alter this text. Previous changes were inaccurate and misleading.

I couldn't dream of a more perfect setting for my photoshoot. The light is beautiful throughout the day with multiple areas to get a range of shots. Josh was very accommodating and easy to work with. Central location with plenty of parking. Highly recommend!

Joshua was communicative and easygoing, and his space was incredible to shoot in. I liked it even better in person and would shoot there again in a heartbeat!
