About the Space
Located in one of the more notable Spanish buildings in the Hollywood Hills, this 1929 penthouse was dubbed the Princess Suite with sweeping views from observatory out to the Pacific Ocean. The apartment has remained relatively untouched for decades. It's currently stripped down to a raw, authentic aesthetic and furnished with collected antiques and art. A large terrace is lushly landscaped and private. The sunlight darts throughout the space as the day progresses, casting beautiful shadows.
