You if need strobes(flashes) or continious light - you can add them in add-ons. Complete self-service! You will be provided with 2 access codes that will allow you to gain access to the studio. Clean and functional. Interesting pieces of furniture. Feels smaller than photos. Easy to access from street and in building. Elevator is not available at all times, requires a chaperone. Issues with the bathroom and plumbing. We had issues with the A/C which was not working in the AM. Good for a first photo shoot.

Air Conditioner didn't work.....Host knew about the issue before guest got there , yet did not notify guest of the issue. 88 degrees inside the unit... Couldn't take photos due to excessive sweating....... Host did not accommodate in anyway , knowing his unit was not fully functional due to no AIR CONDITIONER. I reached out to him for an extra hour due to Not being able to shoot because of the excessive sweating....NO AC. Instead of accommodation for the lack of A.C, the host charged me an extra hour and said that he is not a charity organization giving away free time. Wowwwwww......... IF I WERE THE HOST AND KNEW THAT THE A.C WAS BROKEN...I WOULD'VE REACHED OUT TO ANY GUEST THATS HAS A BOOKING FOR THAT UNIT....NOTIFY THEM OF THE ISSUE AND GET IT RESOLVED. WHETHER ITS GIVING THE GUEST ANOTHER UNIT , MORE FANS OR EXTEND THE TIME an HOUR. BUT AS A HOST.....I WOULD INTIATE THAT PROCESS.....GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.
