About the Space

Large 28 foot wide, 10 foot tall green screen soundstage with green floor. You can bring a car or vehicle in, too! Space is big. Includes free lighting! We can build it out even larger if needed. Green screen can be extended to 12 feet high at additional charge. Plenty of free props and costumes.

Health and Safety Measures
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable gloves
  • Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
  • Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
  • Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance

Host was responsive and generous. Space was clean and as described, but had to work around some disassembled sets from previous clients. Would recommend. 👍

Easy booking, responsive host! Used the space as a filming location. Only suggestion would be to make the address website a little friendlier as we had to send to the client 😅
