This house is perfect for photo shoots and other small gatherings. It is a beautiful and modern living space. One bedroom, one bath, total 700 sq ft. Living room - large open layout with a beautiful kitchen + elegant island, brand new leather couches, high end OLED TV, dining table, appliances, and more. Bedroom - fully furnished with lovely decor and desk/office area. Bathroom - granite floors, white tile in standing shower with all black hardware (gorgeous look!), and floating vanity. Living room has plenty of room put up greenscreen and set up a photo shoot or simply enjoy and get creative with the existing space. Contact for any special requests or questions!

This space is our home and we keep it CLEAN! We wipe with disinfectant, use bleach, vacuum and Swiffer before and after each visit. It is very important to us to have consistent upkeep and assure our guests feel safe and welcomed every time they arrive.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
