Antique dairy farm, 50 miles to NYC. The barn is fully heated on both levels. The barn has running water, electricity and internet. Plus one ½ bath. The upper level has two massive barn doors that open to a bridge which goes to the main road. The property also has a parking lot for crew (up to 12 cars). The barn sits on 11 acres with creek, river and fields. In addition is the main house a 1920s carriage house, with country kithcen. There is also a small cottage which was once the dairy store. Ture farm feel with exposed beams.
There are nearby hotels/motels and extra parking for larger crew. The high-school is 5 mins away and can accommodate trailers etc.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
