Antique dairy farm, 50 miles to NYC. The barn is fully heated on both levels. The barn has running water, electricity and internet. Plus one ½ bath. The upper level has two massive barn doors that open to a bridge which goes to the main road. The property also has a parking lot for crew (up to 12 cars). The barn sits on 11 acres with creek, river and fields. In addition is the main house a 1920s carriage house, with country kithcen. There is also a small cottage which was once the dairy store. Ture farm feel with exposed beams. There are nearby hotels/motels and extra parking for larger crew. The high-school is 5 mins away and can accommodate trailers etc.

There is an additional cleaning fee. If furniture needs to be moved within the barn or removed to allow your use of the space (or staged) there is an additional fee which will be determined depending upon specific needs.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
