Vintage, historic home in Chicago's Western Suburbs. Built in 1906, home has 6 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, formal dining room, parlor, front room, family room and large outdoor space with an inground pool. This space is available for film production ONLY. Production crews will need to file for a Berwyn Film Permit BEFORE booking is accepted.

Rob was a great host and location owner. He was available for questions, was very helpful and quiet when he was home. A great home with many different looks!

We booked the space for a photoshoot. We wish the backyard was cleaned up and ready to go but I guess we didn't specify we were going to shoot outside.
