MikSpace offer Orsha studio: 🔥Bright photo studio 375 sq ft, 13 ft high ceilings, minimum 2 hrs! 🌇Great soft natural light all day (windows are facing west). 🚀Studio is located on the 2nd floor (freight elevator access 24/7 upon request - Fee $5) 🚇MIkSpace photo studio - 75 Stewart ave - 4 min walking from Jefferson Ave subway station (L-Train) - 15 min from Union Square. 🥐Great area - best coffee, pizza, groceries around. 🚗Easy to find place for parking. 💡You can also add to your reservation Make up studio in the same building - $15/hr - https://www.peerspace.com/pages/listings/65cd0a58596e30000ea5ec84# Complete self-service! You will be provided with 2 access codes that will allow you to gain access to the studio. The first code will allow you to gain entry into the building. The second code will allow you to gain entry into the studio space and will only work during your scheduled booking times. Also after booking you will get video instructions - How to get into the building and find the studio. Included: - 2 x Green Fabric Backdrops - 2 x Grey Fabric Backdrops - 2 x Black Fabric Backdrops - Wall Mounted Clothes Hangers for 10 hangers - 1x Portable Steamer - All the Furniture from the pictures If you need to use the freight elevator, please let me know a couple of days in advance so I can arrange it for you. You will be provided with special instructions and a special fob for the freight elevator. It might take up to 15 min to find the freight elevator. Fee for Freight Elevator access $5. Please add it in the Add-ons. 🎤 I can't guarantee that you will record clear audio in this space. Studio is not soundproof. Usually It's pretty quiet in this studio, sometimes you can hear my clients who book studio next to this. -Cancellation/rescheduling is possible only until 7 days before the booking date. Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
