There is available street parking, pay garages are one and three blocks away. Meter parking is also available.

There are windows (all approx 3' x 6') on the north, east, and west sides of the house. Light fills the east (back) in the morning and west (front) in the afternoon and evening. A large tree in the front diffuses the the afternoon sun. The house has a special ability to be dark and moody when that's what you're feeling or bright and vibrant with an indoor/outdoor feel when you're feeling that way.

Like any house in a city, there is the sound of what's around you. You can't hear every move a neighbor makes, but it is also not a church. Right now, as I type this, at 6:54 PM...it's pretty darn quiet in here. No street noise, no neighbor noise with doors and windows closed. There are no loud appliances.

Ground Floor

There is one short step up to the front porch and entry, it can easily accommodate a ramp. The yard and sidedoor can also be accessed via a gated paved path.

Bedroom or Garage

There are outlets (newly added) throughout, with USB ports. Outside there are four dedicated exterior outlets. The circuit breaker box is on the exterior of the house.

OVERTIME Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. CLEANING / DAMAGES Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. FURNITURE Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs. MISCELLANEOUS There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used. There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke as our facility is not ventilated. Please refer to Peerspace’s Terms and Conditions for all other rules.

Furniture can be removed, if probably wrapped and handled. Pieces should be stored either at a seperate indoor location or locked in production van/truck on the property. Items can not be moved and left in yard. Wall decorations and art can be removed, with the same rules. All items will be inspected and signed off by production representative and host upon shoot completion.
