Light-Filled Hilltop Home for Photoshoots/Production

Spacious, light-filled living room + dining room combo with an amazing view of San Francisco at the top of the hill in the quiet, residential University Mound neighborhood of SF. As soon as you walk in, the view will stop you in your tracks. Purposely minimally furnished to be used as a flex space for photoshoots, video production, filming, etc. We are slowly remodeling the space, but currently it has original 1970's charming details such as parquet flooring. The fireplace has recently been given a facelift with modern black paint. In addition, you will have access to one half-bathroom plus one small bedroom to be used as a changing/makeup room. The large living room measures approximately 19’ x 21’ (not including the dining space). Ceilings are 8’ high. Changing room (bedroom) measures 15’ x 9’. Large living room windows face NE and E to get that beautiful morning glow. In the afternoon, the light is even with no shadows as it sets on the other side of the home. Also included are: - 4 folding chairs - a 6 ft. folding table - a floor length mirror - garment rack Please bring all your own production or art equipment/gear. Feel free to bring any rental furniture as needed for shoot. Main entrance has large, wide doorways for easy loading in. At this time, we do not have blackout shades for the windows yet (to be added soon), but the light is warm and beautiful. The photos of the space were taken at 10am-12pm. Please note: Owner will be present to unlock/lock the doors and may remain in home (but out of sight if preferred) during the shoot. There is currently NO WIFI in this space, but may be added in the near future.
