About the Space

Entire apartment available. Great for content creation (youtube, tiktok, instagram), photoshoots (maternity, baby, boudoir, engagement, etc). Fitting for small groups of people for watch parties and study (projector with HDMI cable available). Neon sign and grass wall for pictures. 58" smart TV and wi-fi available. Perfect for music video production also. Pack and play (travel crib) and full size high chair available. The unit has one queen size, one full size bed and one couch. Can be used as a meeting space aswell.

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Yes, I would book again.

We all had a fantastic time and the session went better than expected. Very clean, it is on the smaller side but we were able to get some amazing result out of the photoshoot. Very responsive and the instructions were on point.
