Built in 1916, this historic and gorgeously renovated farm house and barn it Marfa at it's best. The 2 story house has 10ft ceilings, beautiful natural light, and incredible design details and furniture. The property is conveniently located .5 miles from the center of town yet feels like it's out in the countryside. The barn is an open space leaving room for tables and any equipment, gear, or styling... with incredible light. The 3 bedroom, 3 bath house sleeps 8 with a chef's kitchen. The house and part is perfect for photoshoots, video shoots, engagement photos, small weddings, pop up dinners, unique art openings, performances, corporate retreats, work space, sound/music recordings, outdoor adventure team building etc. Our wedding rates start at 1200k a night and we require a 2 night minimum over night stay for an additional reduced fee ( if you are booking your event with us). We do have a preferred vendor list for catering as well or there is a buy out fee.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
