Four vehicles can comfortably park in the driveway and open parking on the street in front of the property is available. Neighboring driveways should not be blocked.

- By Booking this space, you agreed to comply with the Peerspace Community Guidelines in addition to all rules noted here. - By reserving this space, the Client 100% agrees to cover in full any damages that they or their invitees cause during the booking. - No sexual activity or nudity is allowed at any time. - Setup and pack-up must be included in the rental timeframe. - Our community is a safe space. As a temporary guest of our community, please be pleasant with the neighbors. A nice smile and a wave are often sufficient. - All children must be accompanied by an adult while on the Property, and they are the sole responsibility of their parents and guardians. Children are not allowed to roam freely on the Property without adult supervision. - Animals are not allowed on the property. - Client agrees to comply with all applicable City, County, State, and Federal laws and shall conduct no illegal act on the Premises. - The Client agrees to comply with any noise ordinances. - Smoking, vaping and marijuana use is not permitted anywhere on this property at all times. $1,000 fine applies when identified. - No confetti, glitter, birdseed, potpourri, and/or rice are permitted on the property. - No open flames, firearms, or fireworks are permitted on the Property inside or outside including sparklers. - No access to spaces or rooms that are locked, blocked, closed doors, or otherwise labeled as not available to clients or guests. - Furniture and decor should not be moved without coordination with the host. - Nails, tacks, and staples may not be used on any surfaces, including floors. Decorations may not be hung from light fixtures, fire sprinklers, ceiling fans or lamps. The only adhesive material allowed on the walls is 3M Command Strips and painter’s tape. Transparent tape or double stick tape is not allowed. - Outside catering is allowed and encouraged. - Use of Refrigerator, cookware and dishware is not inclusive of kitchen use. Additional fee applies. - Only toilet paper should be flushed in the toilet. Baby wipes (including “flushable”), sanitary items, etc., will cause the toilet to back-up. Please only flush toilet tissue. Any requirement to come to unclog a toilet may incur a nominal fee for non-compliance to house rules. - Please tidy up before departure. - All decorations and any personal items brought onto the property must be removed before the Departure without leaving damages. Please note: You will be accountable for any damages to the space, property and items. We are not liable for injuries.
