COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

We will wipe down all high touch areas of both the studio and office, as well as spray the office before and after all bookings.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Disposable masks / face coverings
Hand Sanitizer
Disposable gloves

About the Space

Large and Bright flexible studio space in Brooklyn. Amazingly convenient in terms of usage and location. Upon booking, we will be sending you a QR code that will allow you entry to the building and then an access code that allows entry to the studio space itself. The QR code will come in the form of a virtual pass that’s emailed to you and will allow you entry into the building only during your scheduled time. Studio Space Specs - 16 foot ceilings (600 sqft) - Oversized windows that offer a beautiful view of the Brooklyn Navy Yard and LES Manhattan skyline. - Total of 2 edit bays for you to choose from in varying sizes -Seamless paper backdrops with 6 different varieties (some rolls have multiples) Equipment Available for Use Other Items Available to you: - Ladder (both traditional ladders and step stools) - Vanity/mirrored makeup table - Refrigerator - Electric kettle (with various teas and coffee)

Large, windows on the entire back wall of the studio that feature a beautiful skyline view of the city, as we are on the 11th floor. Blackout curtains are available should you want to block out the natural light as well.

There is a freight elevator once you enter the building on your right hand side, a keycode will be needed to access it.

General Rules

No smoking, eating or drinking inside the studio please! Outside food and delivery services are allowed. Please reach out before your booking date if you have any additional questions about rules!

Security cameras and recording devices

One camera in the front office room above the fridge and another camera in the ceiling of the studio space.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
