Minor steps to get inside home. House has long side area and backyard for any equipment storage. Loading trucks can be on street-just be mindful of street cleaning and residential driveways.

All upstairs rooms are off limits to shoot and use unless agreed upon.

No smoking inside Outside catering is permitted-must bring all eating supplies. NO use of host kitchen supplies. Furniture and art can be moved-must be put back. Piano use is an additional fee. Backyard use may require an additional fee pending scope of project. Your reservation must include all the time you need to set up, shoot, clean up, and vacate. You cannot enter early, and you’re expected to vacate no later than the time your reservation ends or there will be overtime charges. No extra people will be permitted. No animals. No children, unless involved in shoot.

All can be moved-must be moved back. Exterior doors need to be kept closed at all times.
