This space is great for photo shoots & film productions. It is a large apartment 1,300 sq ft of rentable space. Built on a hillside so allows for amazing natural light. The apartment has large southwest facing windows, loads of light all day long, and direct sunlight around sunset. The space has large white walls with craftsman style charm. Apartment offers an incredible view of Lake Union, Space Needle and downtown. The living rooms are in the west part of the house, bedroom is on the south wall of the house, and kitchen on the north. There are 2-3 large living areas (dining area included), a galley kitchen, and large uncluttered bedroom. Amenities include: wifi, Sonos sound system, and AC units (in summer months only).

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
