Welcome to our professionally decorated, beautiful, bright and spacious 2+1 bedroom 2.5 bathroom home with 3 outdoor areas in the perfect Leslieville location! This multi-use space is perfect for companies, business owners, digital content creators, photographers and videographers. Steps from popular restaurants, cafés, brunch, bars & mins from parks & beach! Right off Queen St E with convenient access to transit or short bike ride into the city. This stunning house features lots of natural light with gorgeous bay windows throughout and 2 skylights. There is a fully renovated modern kitchen with a gas stove and 9 ft custom island plus coffee bar, round oak dining table that seats 6, a spacious living room with a fireplace and brand new 50" Samsung Frame TV, a newly designed and built private office for two people with a walk out 2nd floor deck, and brand new built-in laundry in the primary bedroom suite. There's also a guest bedroom as well as two full bathrooms upstairs (primary has a tub other other has a spa like marble shower), plus a newly renovated powder room with marble tile on the main floor. Not to mention the massive backyard with a BBQ on the deck right off the kitchen, outdoor dining set and lounge set. This home is perfectly nestled on a quiet, tree-lined oasis! The space and Palak were excellent! Everything went smoothly, the space was exactly as advertised and the hosts were responsive and helpful. We filmed a small lifestyle production in the kitchen and living room. The setting was perfect and we found multiple effective angles to film at while the lighting was easy to work with (in addition to our own lights). Would definitely book again!

The host was responsive and attentive, the place was exactly as advertised and served our needs perfectly. We were using it to film a series of home settings and the client was thrilled with the look and feel of the space.
