Cozy backyard capable of hosting a wedding with up to 50 guests a taco man, or caterer as well as a DJ. Comes with beautiful blue glass fire pit with concrete seating around it. Professionally hung outdoor lights. Outdoor heater, flat screen TV, ceiling fan. Table with six chairs under a gazebo with a small area for drinks to create a fun bar area. Side of the house is a putting green that can be used as a staging area for weddings. Large extended driveway is great for parking, portable restrooms, caterers and more. There is NO RESTROOM available. Our guests have found renting a restroom to be easy and affordable. Price includes 6 tables and 36 white resin chairs. We also have backdrops, speakers, large white tent, propane heater, linens, and decorative plates, available for rent as an add-on!

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
