About the Space
Modern farmhouse built in 2019 with a wide open floor plan. 4bd, 4ba with an uptsairs den/loft area. Backyard has a built in grill, is surrounded by trees, and has a nice turf lawn. The home is 2 stories with 3 bedrooms upstairs and 1 downstairs (that is currently used as an office). The kitchen is very open with modern appliances and a large full size freezer and a full size refrigerator. The front yard of the house has two sections of natural lawn with nicely maintained vegetation around the perimeter. The house is all white with dark charcoal accents (front door, garage door, window accents).
