Guaranteed to fill your event with colorful! We're conveniently located just steps from Eden Park, the art museum, Krohn Conservatory, Gomez, and local shops and restaurants. The three-room space flows from one room to the next so you and your guests can spread out and mingle while still being connected. It's currently setup as two sitting rooms, plus a 6-person dining space, however additional furniture can be added on to accommodate more lounge seating, or larger dinner parties. It's a great space for parties and events; people can mill about and have separate areas, but still all be together and connected! Rental includes a half-bath, and use of the fully equipped kitchen (serving only, no cooking allowed), a record player and records, a Google Nest 3-room speaker system, and 2 TVs with Chromecast for music and video.
