This mid-century, East San Diego, California oasis is covered in quartzite stone, local wall art, and one-of-a-kind rugs. The pool room, pool and spa are a little slice of heaven shaded by beautiful oak trees. The home boasts a combined 5000 square feet of livable space on 2 acres. Perfect location for production and film, weddings, events, baby & bridal showers and more. Decorated by an interior designer. It is the most unique home in all of East County San Diego. Luxurious outdoor pool and spa deck with endless possibilities.

- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

LOVED this home. Brittney was an amazing host and somehow as beautiful as these images are they don't do this home justice. It's all in the details here. We were here for a photoshoot and the pool house was perfect for our team, food, and wardrobe with its own kitchen and large open accordion doors for lots of light and air. The main house was loaded with spots to shoot and we were just in love with everything about this beautiful home. Will definitely be booking again!

Brittney was an amazing host! She was responsive, super accommodating, and easy-going. The Resort-like Desert Compound is a great space filled with natural light. There is a healthy amount of space for larger commercial shoots. It had everything we needed and we'd definitely rent again.

AMAZING space. We used for photo/video work and the layout was perfect for our crew size and needs. The second pool house was great for staging and our host was MORE than accommodating ! 11/10 reco using this home

Brittney was an absolutely amazing host! Her communication was great and she always replied quickly with any concerns you might have. Their home is AMAZING! All our guests were in love with their backyard. The views were great for our event and aligned perfectly with the outdoor theme we were going for. There was plenty of parking for our guests and GPS led to the home without any issues. There was always a nice breeze, so the heat wasn't much of a bother. The backyard does get a lot of sun, so plan your event accordingly depending on what you're looking to do there. Otherwise, I have NO complaints with this venue. We had plenty of guests wanting to use the same place for their baby showers and photo shoots. We'd definitely book again!
