Welcome to this bright and open ground-floor photo studio—perfect for portraits, product shoots, and creative projects of all kinds! The space has beautiful natural light, polished concrete floors, and high ceilings that give it an airy, modern feel. We’re located right next door to a great restaurant (perfect for lunch breaks or client meetings), and there’s open parking right out front for easy loading in and out. The studio is super flexible—everything inside is modular, so you can move things around to make it work for your shoot. We’ve also got fast WiFi to keep things running smoothly. AMENITIES: • 3 sturdy c-stands • A large shooting table • Variety of chairs and props • Tons of seamless paper rolls in various colors (not set up for you, available as add-on) • Backdrop stand • Extension cords • Alexa pop speaker • A sitting area for clients or crew • Blackout curtains so you can control the natural light completely—or let it flood in! • Fridge and microwave ACCESSIBILITY: There is a free, large parking lot right outside the studio door. Easy! If you’d like to use a seamless backdrop during your shoot, just a heads up that you’ll be responsible for setting it up and taking it down.
