About the Space
Minimal Eclectic Studio Space near Liberty State Park with a calming zen plant vibe. Every room is fully staged and is perfect for an influencer, brand photoshoot, or film studio in search of a minimal & contemporary backdrop. The apartment is abundant in natural light as shown on the featured model. This space was recently used by Hulu for filming a movie that will be released later this year. Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

Second time to shoot this studio！Ashley is very kind and helpful. She are ok to extend few min since we arrive a little late. And the studio is simiar as the photo shows. Best studio in Jersey City!

Ashley was so nice ! Always very communicative! Very timely in her responses ! I never waiting more than 30 mins for a response if that ! She responded within 10 minutes actually ! Very welcoming ! Her place is astoundingly beautiful ! The vibe is soooooooo inspiring ! Very clean ! I want to hire her to assist with my home decor that’s how impressed I was !
