The Big Bear Farmhouse is surrounded by over 200 towering pine and cypress trees on a large 1 acre private lot. The beautifully restored 1920's Craftsman farmhouse maintains its charm and history with the original hardwood floors, woodwork and casement windows, yet features luxurious upgrades and modern appliances. This home is ideally situated in the heart of Big Bear Lake, just minutes to all-season recreation and entertainment, including Big Bear Lake Pine Knot Marina (.8 miles), 2 world class ski resorts (Snow Summit 1.3 miles; Bear Mountain 3 miles), the Village Shops & Restaurants (.8 miles) and so much more. -The 1 Acre Private Yard: The exterior space is an outdoor lover's paradise, offering comfortable patio seating, a gas grill, ping pong table and private hot tub to keep you comfortable and entertained. There's even a private sledding hill in the backyard. We even provide the sleds!
