About the Space
Located directly above a bookstore on a busy neighbourhood street in Toronto. The apartment is a 3rd floor walk-up that is accessed through a mirrored door from the main street. A little over 1,100 sq ft, the apartment has 3 bedrooms with hardwood flooring throughout. The main bedroom is very large and looks out onto the main street, the 2nd bedroom is medium size with a skylight (no window) and the third bedroom is small with a view of a fire escape on the building next to us. There are steps up to the bathroom, which has an old-fashioned claw foot tub. The living room is located at the back of the apartment with a step down from the kitchen and a view of the city skyline. There is a 300 sq ft deck off of the living room.

- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The apartment was great for our short film. Lots of wall art, collection of books and artifacts, etc. These really tell a story so production design was mostly done for us already. And Karin is awesome! Very welcoming and flexible. It was a pleasure to rent the location from her.
