About the Space
Our beautiful club room is perfect for any social gathering, celebration or meeting (retreat). Flexible seating allows for casual mingling and dining. A pool table will surely entertain the crowd! Space Features: - WiFi - Casual seating arrangements: couch, chairs, tables - Kitchen: refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, sink, large island, barstools - 1 50" & 1 60" HD TVs: HDMI & USB connections to plug in and display - Pool table - Outdoor courtyard: casual seating arrangements, 2 BBQ grills. Must be paid for as an add-on. - Countertop area(s) for snacks or catering - Decorative accent lighting - Fully private space This space is located in a residential community, so please be mindful of noise. Restroom(s) are near the space. We recommend visiting the facility before booking to ensure it will suit your needs. To schedule a tour, please submit an inquiry! The adjacent courtyard can be added to reservations for an extra fee! Please see below.

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
- Space has additional space outdoors

I had my client appreciation party here. It has ample space, especially with the outside terrace area. It's super clean and there's a huge island in the kitchen area to put all the food. It's a very comfortable space for the party.

The space was perfect for an intergenerational high school graduation party. Everyone enjoyed the indoor outdoor vibe and the pool table was a hit! The staff was extremely helpful but the only issue I had was that the fire pits were inoperable even though I requested use of them days in advance.

Host was very responsive to any questions or concerns I had. She was very detailed . The space was exactly as advertised. I was under the impression that the oven could be utilized and cannot, however they did have a microwave. I would book again , all my guest loved it and most of all my mom felt honored the space was rented for her birthday .

This place is absolutely amazing and so beautiful. Lauren was so helpful and was so quick to respond to anything I need. The place was very spacious. Lauren made sure everything I needed was there. I did read all the negative comments before book and made sure with Lauren that it wont happen again and she was so good to make sure i had a great time. I had a sign made that says private event so I had no unwanted guest coming in. It was an easy access. I felt that there were no noise complaint my guest all had such a wonderful time and everyone loved the place. I got very lucky with parking and I felt that all my guest were able to find parking and had no issue. The code does expire by 10pm since the building does close. I was so happy with the place and I would most definitely book again for any future events.

space was physically beautiful. experience was horrible. To start, the host gave me an incorrect code to work the elevators, so me and my guests had to just continue to wait until a resident came by to graciously let us up. Finally, there was someone in the leasing office who was nice enough to give us a code. Going to play pool, we couldn't - there was no 8 ball. We brought food to make, and the oven was broken, with an error message. The leasing office agent said it's been broken for a few weeks. When I brought this to the host, she stated that "it was never communicated that we wanted to us the oven". I spent over $1000 for 3 hours for this room to use basically none of the things I booked it for. The response was less than sub par, as I'm sure, as a human, Lauren would have been upset as well, but the money was obviously more than the customer's experience. As a well known realtor from the city with a team of my own, I will never recommend this building to anyone. If the response was handled differently, and all PICTURED amenities working/avaialble, I would have definitely booked this space multiple times in the future. The ONLY reason I won't is because of how this host and her management handled the situation.
