Our beautiful club lounge and courtyard is perfect for any social gathering, party, or meeting. Flexible seating allows for casual mingling and dining. A pool table and expansive outdoor courtyard are sure to entertain a crowd! The space features: Casual seating arrangements with couches, club chairs, and tables Pool Table Multiple HD TVs Full kitchen with stove, microwave, full-sized refrigerator, sink, and bar top with stools. Outdoor courtyard with lounge seating, fireplace, outdoor grill, and dining areas. We recommend for larger events that you visit the space in advance to ensure it will suit your needs. We do not allow for any marijuana or drug related events. No pets or animals allowed in the space. Noise is a concern as we are located in a residential community. Any music, DJ, instrumentalist, or karaoke would need to be pre-approved in advance. As health and cleanliness are more top-of-mind than ever, our efforts are focused on limiting the number of event rentals during a day to allow for thorough, professional cleaning and refreshing of the space. While all efforts to provide a sanitized area will be made, we cannot be held responsible for the health of those who use the space or potentially become ill thereafter.
