About the Space
Photoshoots, productions, showers, and celebrations all work great in this pretty pink space! We also have this home listed on Airbnb for you to book overnight stays. PINK POSH PLACE is tastefully decorated in shades of pink and white for an elevated, luxurious, and super fun vibe throughout the entire space! PINK kitchen and super fun living room + Dining room combo with a bar! 3 bedrooms decked out in pink decor. 2 full bathrooms and one 1/2 bathroom. This 3-story historic home has 2 flights of stairs. *SPECIAL NOTE : our weekends get booked with our overnight guests on Airbnb. This means if you are wanting to book for a Sunday, the earliest you would be able to arrive would be 3:00pm. Please let me know if you have any questions about Sunday rentals.

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
- Space has additional space outdoors

We had the most amazing bridal shower at this beautiful venue !! Jenna was so sweet and accommodating! The venue was so pretty , clean, no decor was even needed . Our guests absolutely loved every room ! Such a memorable experience and worth every penny ! Highly recommend for any event !!!

As a photographer in their area I was really looking for something unique as a studio for a special collaboration with Fashion Nova. This house was just the thing! The details were top notch. I immediately knew I needed more time and plan to come back again to shoot a few more times at least! The host has been quick to respond and very helpful. 10/10 would do again!
