About the Space
Welcome to "Casa Surfside" in Carlsbad. Enjoy this light and bright Spanish single family home. There is exceptional indoor/outdoor space perfect for an intimate meeting, party or photo shoot. The house is 2,500 SF with many fabulous spaces that will encourage you to stop, rest, relax, and recharge.

Security cameras and recording devices
There are two security cameras recording 24/7 located on the exterior of the home: 1) a Nest camera doorbell located in the front door and 2) a camera capturing the front of the house/driveway. No cameras are pointing towards the inside of the home.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

The health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out and prior to each check-in. We are following CDC guidelines for cleaning and disinfecting. Additionally, we will provide cleaning products for your convenience. We also offer a commercial grade Anti-Allergen HEPA Air Purifier which captures 99.97% of dust, dander, allergens, smoke and household odors. Self check-ins and check-outs are available.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
