Soak up the atmosphere of East London in a stylish loft. This open-plan home is warm, musical, and luxurious with exposed metal beams. It has a stunning white piano, a delicious vinyl collection, a hanging chair, and local underground artwork. Hackney is one of the most vibrant and rich areas in London. It is full of culture and restaurants, and boasts some of the best nightlife in London, including pubs, nightclubs, and gig venues. The great space for music videos, photo shoots, film shoots, fashion shoot, portrait photography, lifestyle photography, interviews and more.

- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

This place was phenomenal! The host was very friendly and easy to work with. This location has loads to offer with a gorgeous interior, great natural lighting and loads of amazing props. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to organise a shoot!

Absolutely incredible space with so many options for photoshoots. Beautiful Piano, hanging chair and the space itself was clean with clear instructions on how to check in. Highly recommended and I will definitely be back

Raz has a fantastic venue for photography. The lighting is good because of the skylight and shape of the windows, it is therefore a suitable venue for both a morning and afternoon shoot. The chair and piano are the highlights, you can get quite a lot out of the space especially as there are lovely plants to decorate with.

This is an amazing space with an amazing host to match. Raz was able to answer all of my questions really quickly and was flexible on the day - always available for any random requests! Definitely a space I recommend and will use again

Great space for shooting, we were given detailed instructions on how to access and we were able to use the space for lots of different lifestyle scenarios. Lovely, clean and bright with lots of items we could use as props too.

I had such a pleasant experience booking this location! I wanted to book it for a student short film shoot, and the host, Raz, was very understanding and responsive and gave me a discount! The place itself is absolutely incredible, clean and spacious, the interior is beautiful, there’s a grand piano, a vinyl record player, a guitar. Raz was also very helpful in arranging a recce for me and my crew, was always very quick to respond and generally made my shoot feel comfortable. Will definitely recommend this location to my fellow student filmmakers and might book it again!
