1897 Carriage house. Tons of natural light in this spacious home, living room with a touch of elegance, other areas a casual artsy vibe. Private area with plenty of parking overlooking woods. Very quiet with 2 entrances, 2 garages, 3 empty stables. Largest bedroom was once a hayloft. The backyard presents a huge pack porch overlooking the wooded backyard. Large covered front porch, in addition to a screened in porch and a very large back deck and patio with outdoor table for 12, sofa area and a fire pit area. There are also 3 horse stables from 1897. One of the standout features is how versatile the house is; we were able to shoot multiple unique scenes within the same location, each with its own character and charm. Working with Annie, the property manager, was an absolute pleasure. Her communication was prompt and professional, and she went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. From helping us source additional resources to providing thoughtful support throughout the shoot, Annie proved to be an invaluable collaborator. The house is conveniently accessible, and the logistics were a breeze—from loading in equipment to staging crew parking. Every detail seemed tailored to meet the needs of a production team. I highly recommend this space to anyone looking for a beautiful and functional filming location.
