This private room is equipped with a large 65-inch Smart TV, complete with a 10-foot HDMI cable ready for computer connectivity, as well as Apple AirPlay and Bluetooth capabilities. Plus, enjoy ultra-fast 600 Mbps WiFi to ensure seamless connectivity. Our conference room can comfortably seat up to 15 people, making it ideal for office meetings, day trading sessions, podcast recordings, CPR training, motivational meetings, team retreats and more. The space features a conference table with 8 Wide Luxury adjustable lumbar chairs, 2 leather couches with seating for 5, and a high-top table with 4 additional stools. If needed, we can provide additional chairs to accommodate up to 20 people. Experience abundant natural light with 360-degree windows offering stunning views of the area, and recessed lighting with window shades for times when you prefer a darker ambiance. Enjoy the convenience of large upscale his-and-hers restrooms for your guests. Looking to expand your event? We offer an additional rental package that includes access to a kitchen, IRE bar with TV and additional Safari room complete with a Sonos surround sound system, (karaoke setup additional charge), and catering options from some of the best restaurants in Winter Park. This Full Swanky Bar Package provides extra space and amenities for larger events or unforgettable happy hours, birthday parties, baby showers etc. Included additional tables, linens, chairs, and more. Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
