About the Space
A weddings, baby shower, birthday party, brunch, or private dinners would be great in this jaw dropping space. The entire south wall is full of windows to view the infinity pool and Red River. The upstairs has a movie theater and 2 bedrooms. So, first birthday parties to a wedding would be great. The indoor and outdoor features provide much variety for different events.

General Rules
1. No smoking. 2. No drugs. 3. Outside catering. 4. Master bedroom is off limits. 5. Must show ID to neighborhood guard. 6. Keep noise to a minimum, as this is a subdivision. 7. All events must end by 12 midnight.

This home is cleaned but a licensed & bonded professional cleaner. Your health & safety is our concern.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
