Our 2,500 ft² flex warehouse and gallery space is perfect for production, photography shoots, video shoots, music videos, and anything you can dream up! There are two main spaces with their own unique characteristics. The 1,400 ft² warehouse has an open layout and an industrial feel. It is filled with colorful murals painted by Austin artists. There is also a 700 ft² gallery with professional track lighting and an attached lounge/greenroom. At the entrance, there is a lobby/kitchenette and private bathroom.
