About the Space

1,000 Square feet, natural light studio fully equipped with wardrobe ranging from a sz 2-22. Godox and Flashpoint lighting equipment. Queen size black French Provincial Headboard and matching bench for you boudoir shoots. Posing boxes, multiple backdrops, elegant sofa’s, floral ring, wigs, headpieaces, jewelry, two makeup stations, music along with beautiful mirrors.

Parking description

Parking space is never an issue as we have our own private parking lot located directly in front of our facility. This lot can hold up to 50 vehicles.

General Rules

No smoking or alcoholic beverages are allowed on the premises. All children must be accompanied by an adult. Music is allowed but played at a respectable level. Wardrobe and props are available for rent at an additional rate. Heating and Air is not to be adjusted and a non refundable cleanup fee is applicable if not left in the condition in which you found it.

Common areas are disinfected regularly. We ask that a mask be worn and hand sanitizer is available.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
