Welcome to the Blissful Cabin Retreat! This is as professionally decorated cabin, focused on luxury and spaciousness. This venue is perfect for: - Corporate/business meetings: Spacious cabin with space available for both indoor and outdoor seating/meetings. - Company retreats - Weddings: Beautiful scenery with mountain view. - Photo shoots: Windows are ceiling to floor. Furnished outdoor fireplace with sofa. - Cooking shows/shoots: Beautiful kitchen that is fully furnished. Unique features and amenities available: There are 3 floors in the cabin. - The main floor consist of a luxurious master bedroom with private bathroom/ walk-in closet/ direct deck access, living room, dining area, fully-equipped kitchen, and laundry room (with washer/dryer). - The top floor consist of 2 bedrooms with full bathroom, and office work space complete with desk/seating/printer/scanner. - The bottom floor consist of large game room (standup arcades, board games, pool table, smart TV/ sofa), wet bar area, bunk beds x 2, and a full bathroom. - Outside includes 2 level deck, each with rocking chair; hot tub (seats 6); Weber grill; basketball; outdoor fireplace with smart TV and plush patio sofa. - Exterior of property: surrounded by trees. Parking description

The parking area can comfortably accommodates 4 vehicles with maximum of 8 vehicles. 4WD vehicles strongly recommended since the road leading to the cabin is graveled (not paved). The graveled road is < 0.5 mile.

Lighting description

Windows are large, ceiling to floor, allowing for natural light. Natural light can be controlled with window shades Best times of day for natural are early morning and late afternoons.

Space is soundproof

Ambient noise description

There are neighboring cabins, but the this cabin feels rather secluded, given that it's on 1+ acre of land, surrounded by trees. A family of wild deer live on the property. There are no busy streets; you can not hear traffic.

Equipment loading description

As you can tell from the pictures, it's a large newly built cabin. Entrance through the main door involves a few stairs. There are no elevators in the cabin.

Staging area is available

There are plenty of rooms that can be used for different purposes. The cabin has a master bedroom on the main floor; 2 bedrooms upstairs, and another bedroom and game-room downstairs.

Shooting the exterior of the building is allowed

Electrical system description

There are many outlets throughout the cabin. Circuit breaker is downstairs, though locked for safety purposes. Access can be granted upon request.

General Rules

- No smoking inside or outside the cabin (fire hazard) - Outside catering allowed. However, guests must provide additional insurance and valid permits for all vendors - No alcohol allowed after 8pm - No loud music after 11pm - No pets allowed - All rentals include setup and tear-down time - Furniture must be moved back to where you found it - Guests must remove any equipment they bring into the space by the end of the booking - Front door must be locked upon departure from the space; please use key code provided

Production insurance is required

We are not liable for any activity on our premise. The guests are required to have their own professional insurance specific to the activity on the premise.

Furniture and decorations may be moved

Furniture can be moved inside the cabin, but can not removed from the building. Wall decorations can be removed, but decorations can not be nailed/taped, unless discussed with the property manager. Please also let owner know if guests plans on using smoke machines.

Security cameras and recording devices

There is a ring doorbell with a camera component and two external cameras. These cameras all face away from the cabin, installed for the safety of our guests. No cameras on the inside of the cabin.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

Professional cleaner disinfects the cabin between each guest visits. The cabin is quite spacious with excellent ventilation, as well as extensive room for outdoor seating/ activities.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
