This home has floor to ceiling windows with ample natural light and beautiful interior and exterior spaces that serve as backdrops. - Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

Our small team recently had the pleasure of booking this space for a photo shoot and interview. I can confidently say it exceeded all expectations. Emily went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. The space itself is phenomenal. There are a variety of fantastic looks and backgrounds that can be discovered in almost every direction inside and outside the home. Additionally, the location is very quiet and great for taped interviews. I can enthusiastically recommend this filming location and I am looking forward to booking it again in the future.

Excellent modern-looking house for our production needs! The kitchen, living room, and backyard exterior proved to be perfect backgrounds for our scenes. Emily B., the homeowner, was very accommodating and familiar with the needs of a TV commercial production crew. I would certainly book this house again!

This space was absolutely stunning and unique! There was so much room to work with and my team and I were very well received. The host, Emily, was very nice and prompt on all our requests. She even provided drinks and pastries for our team which is always a nice touch! We used the space for a corporate filming production with interviews and photographs and the space provided a variety of beautiful backgrounds to work with both inside and the outside yard of the home. There was a lot of natural lighting! I would highly recommend this space for any productions, gatherings, etc. as it is a very unique and beautiful hosting space. It would particularly perfect for any corporate events.

It's a quiet, private, safe area great for filming. Emily was on standby to answer our q's all day, and so helpful!
