The townhouse is 3 floors (Finished Basement, Main Floor, Second floor) The floors that are accessible to film/use: The main floor consists of a bright, open living room with light hardwood floors, dining area and large open, white cabinet kitchen, and a 1/2 bathroom The second floor has 3 rooms: one master, one guest room, and one office. However, the master bedroom will be off limits and locked during production. The only spaces that can be used upstairs are the office and guest bedroom. There is also a small fenced-in outdoor patio on the ground level, with patio furniture and a fire pit.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
