In the heart of Mid-City, between La Brea and Crenshaw, lies our 1600Sq ft eclectic creative/event space. The main entrance is located on the first floor with easy street access and ample parking space (both lot and street). Downstairs is our 15ft high ceiling industrial loft with large windows facing the main street. The first floor is an urban Middle Eastern inspired room perfect for events and photoshoots with a seamless backdrop that can be accessible or rolled up. Floor cushions designed and imported from Egypt, Handmade Kilim rug. Authentic wall decorations, a working vintage CRT TV + PS2. There are a variety of different colors for the seamless backdrop, basic lighting equipment, a full-body mirror and a limited kitchen. We also have 2 clothing racks and an open work station. Upstairs - we have a colorful mid-century inspired lounge room with large windows, ample seating, and natural light throughout the day. The space is well-decorated and perfect for relaxed gatherings, podcasts, video shoots, content creation etc. Furniture pieces can be moved to accommodate production/events. There is also additional tables + chairs available depending on production/event needs. The space is perfect for all events/productions - birthdays, launch parties, music events, photoshoots/commercial/interview/music videos etc. The space is walking distance or a short drive to a variety of food options and coffee places. We run a very flexible operation and we are confident that our space can accommodate all of your events/productions needs.
