Our Conference Room is perfect for your next group or board meeting. The sleek environment features views of downtown that are sure to inspire your group's next big idea. Enjoy the convenience of wiring through the conference table to the 52in screen to present to your ideas as well as white boards for writing. This room seats 8 and has room for an additional four people to stand or bring in seating chairs.

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Great location, quiet, easy access to the location. Just be sure to get there slightly early to select your parking area. Clean business environment.

The conference room was not as expected or described which completely derailed the suites of our meeting because we didn’t have the whiteboard space we needed to accomplish what everyone flew in for. The description and photos included stated it had a white board wall which is what it looked like from the photos. My message to the host indicated I needed a large whiteboard wall and what we had was the smallest non-business looking whiteboard. I will never book again as it was a waste of money and time because the results of the strategy session were not as expected. It might be a mistake but it was false advertisement and I’m requesting a refund.

Room was perfect for our use and was clean, room to move around and plenty quiet. The host was super accommodating. Parking nearby was pretty easy and there were places nearby for lunch and dinner. My only cons feedback was the camera in the meeting room. I get why its there, but knowing you could be watched and listened to at any time was a bit unnerving. The host was super accommodating and easy to chat with on the app if we had any needs.
